Deposits and
Payment: Payment is accepted by Check made payable to: Mary
Ptacek. In
order to reserve a seat on the bus for any tour, a $50.00
non-refundable deposit is required. For each trip, single
occupancy will be at a higher cost. The deposit is not part of
the total trip price.
About
Cancellations: All monies (Initial deposit is
non-refundable) will be gladly refunded when cancellation is
made 45 days prior to departure. Cancellation less than 45 days
will result in forfeiture of any amounts paid by the customer.
(I will make every effort to sell your seat for a refund.) Trip
insurance is recommended for any of the larger excursions.
