FEBRUARY 8^TH – 19^TH 2012 

Feb. 8^th:    (Wed.)  FLY DAY ONLY TO JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA!
Hotel accommodations at the Fairfield Inn & Suites-Jacksonville Airport for 2 Nights! (904) 741-3500   Continental Breakfast included and free Shuttle Service from the airport.  A Get-acquainted meeting will be held that evening! (7:30 p.m.) 

Feb. 9^th: (Thurs.)    In the morning, drive to Fernandina Beach for year round event.  This city’s old
town on Amelia Island captivates the variety of architectural styles with its quaint stores and restaurants
on Centre Street.  Then in the afternoon, drive a short distance to the Neptune/Jacksonville Beach walk. 
This event walks past Pete’s Bar made famous in John Grisham’s novel, “The Brethren”.  Then walk out onto
the new Jacksonville Beach pier and enjoy the beautiful ocean views!  Return to our hotel. 

Feb. 10^th (Fri.) :  Drive to St. Augustine for the year round event.  This walk takes you back through History, since
it is the “oldest city in the United States”. We will spend several hours in this historic city!  Continue onto Palatka, Florida for another walk.  This walk takes you through the Historic District of one of the most important port cities along the St. John River during the 1800’s.  Hotel accommodations in Palatka at the    Holiday Inn Express, (386) 325-2500   Continental Breakfast included.

Feb. 11^th (Sat.) :  Drive to Ormond Beach in the morning for this historic event. Walk past John D. Rockefeller’s
winter home – The Casements – and down millionaires row and onto the fantastic beaches of Ormond Beach. Drive to the West Palm Beach area. Hotel accommodations for 2 nights at the Holiday Inn – Palm Beach Airport.  (561) 659-3880 Full Breakfast included. 

Feb. 12^th: (Sun.)   Participate in the West Palm Beach walk that passes the beautiful and historic Intracoastal Waterway and then past the vibrant downtown area including CityPlace. In the afternoon, drive a short distance to the Palm Beach event.  So much to see on this walk!  Has been an attraction for many of the world’s wealthiest and most famous individuals since the early 1900’s.  Return to our hotel. 

Feb. 13^th:  (Mon.)  Drive to Naples for year round event.  The trail goes through Old Naples shopping area, the yacht basin, past magnificent homes, and the famous Naples Pier and beaches. (ONLY ONE WALK TODAY!)  Drive to the Ft. Meyers area for hotel accommodations for 2 nights at the Holiday Inn Express (239) 936-0410 Continental Breakfast included.  

Feb. 14^th:  (Tues.) HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!  In the morning, drive to Sanibel Island  for year round event.  This walk goes to the Old Sanibel Lighthouse.  In theafternoon, drive to the Ft. Meyers City walk. This event features the winter homes of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford.  Return to our hotel. 

Feb. 15^th:  (Wed.) Drive to Sarasota/Lido Key for year round event. This walk has views of sugar sand beaches,sparkling gulf waters, and beautiful residences. (ONE WALK DAY!) Hotel accommodations for 2 nights
at the Holiday Inn Express – Tampa Stadium (813) 877-6061 Continental Breakfast included. 

Feb 16^th:  (Thur.)  Drive a short distance to the Safety Harbor Walk.  The route strolls through quaint

city streets, along the beautiful Tampa Bay and through shady trails of Phillipe Park.

In the afternoon, we will participate in the Downtown Tampa walk that passes along the Hillsborough River

shoreline, the University of Tampa and Bayshore Drive.  Return to our hotel.

Feb. 17^th:  (Fri.)   Start our drive inland to Orlando and our walk in Celebration (located in Kissimmee)
(ONE WALK DAY!)  The Disney built town that walks along shaded boardwalks and along picturesque streets.  Drive to our hotel for 2 nights located in Orlando, Fairfield Inn & Suites, (407) 351-7000.  Continental Breakfast included. 

Feb. 18^th: (Sat.) Drive a short distance to Winter Park for year round event. Wonderful walk through the oak lined, park like, setting of this city.  In the afternoon, drive to Downtown Orlando where we will walk past old
historic churches and also new buildings and condos.  Return to our hotel. 

Feb. 19^th: (Sun.)  FLY DAY ONLY BACK TO OUR HOME DESTINATIONS!

$50.00 will reserve your seat on this great trip! (Non-refundable)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:    One Payment will be due on December 20th!
