Since Tater Tours was born in Maryland, a large percentage of my followers are from the Mid-Atlantic area. Most of my trips originate in the Baltimore, Maryland area, however, I will always try and make arrangements for people to join my trips at places of their convenience. For people flying from other parts of the country, the main airport is the BWI airport, near Baltimore, Maryland. I have a contract with a hotel near the airport that provides shuttle to the hotel (No rental car needed). If I know in advance and people would like to walk in the Mid-Atlantic area prior or after a trip, I will make every effort to accommodate them.

Transportation: I contract with select bus companies and primarily travel with ultra modern European style coaches with outstanding luxury features that seat 49-57 passengers. Luxury features such as VCR's, with monitors, restrooms, individual window shades, AM/FM stereo with cassette player, air conditioning, foot rests, reclining seat backs and individual seat trays insure a comfortable relaxing ride.

Deposits and Payment: Payment is accepted by Check made payable to: Mary Ptacek. In order to reserve a seat on the bus for any tour, a $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required. For each trip, single occupancy will be at a higher cost.

About Cancellations: All monies (Initial deposit is non-refundable) will be gladly refunded when cancellation is made 45 days prior to departure. Cancellation less than 45 days will result in forfeiture of any amounts paid by the customer. (I will make every effort to sell your seat for a refund.) Trip insurance is recommended for any of the larger excursions.

In Support of Volkssporting: With providing bus trips throughout the 50 States, one of my main concerns is providing revenue for the local clubs in each of the states. As we all know, some clubs are struggling to stay alive.....what better way to support them, by traveling with Tater Tours!
