| About Our Trips Tater Tours is all about walking. We specialize in Volkswalking, non-competitive, social walking. I contract with select bus companies. I seek out companies with coaches that are all ultra modern European style buses. Fully Escorted Deluxe Bus Transportation Hotel accommodations at mostly 3 Star Hotels. I make every effort to stay in at least 3 star hotels with complimentary continental breakfast provided. Non-smoking rooms are a very high priority on my list. Having restaurants within walking distance of the hotel is definitely considered. | News! 2014 Trip Ideas Mary already has some general trip ideas for next year. And, deposits are already being taken! 1. Tater Tour Reunion in March in the Big State of Texas! Walks in Houston, San Antonio, Corpus Christi and Galveston. 2. Canadian Convention in Banff, Alberta Canada in May! Starting in Spokane, Washington and also walking in Idaho before we travel North to see our Canadian Friends! Besides walking in the Provinces of Alberta, we will include Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Head South through North Dakota and ending in Minneapolis, MN. 3. Possibly the Columbia River Gorge Walks in June 4. California and Nevada in September to include walks in Yosemite, King’s Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. Walk in Carson City and Reno Nevada and then catch Sacramento and end in San Francisco! 5.
