Don Dewa

Exquisite Zuni Made
Natural Stone and Sterling Silver Inlay Jewelry

Collector's Quality Jewelry by Master
Inlay Artist Don Dewa

I pride myself in finding the most unusual, most collectible Don Dewa jewelry available.

Dewa Spinner Pendants

Coral and Turquoise Reversible
Spinner Pendant with Feathers
by Don Dewa

Don Dewa Pendant

Don Dewa Sterling, turquoise and Coral Pendant.
This exquisite large pendant measures 1 inch across at the widest point and is 2 and 1/8 inches long including the bail.
The feathers are turquoise on one side and coral on the other. They are free hanging. As you can see the spinner turns within the pendant and changes from turquoise to coral. The bail is set with turquoise, mother of pearl, coral and black jet. This collector's piece is hallmarked by the artist, Don Dewa. It is also stamped Zuni, NM (which is where I obtained the piece) and is stamped Sterling. Weight on my scales is 13.3 grams. Any reflection or shaded spots are due to photography - this is a perfect piece. An exquisite and unusual piece from Don Dewa, master inlay artist.

Price: $450.00

About Don Dewa

Don Dewa began making jewelry in 1970, mostly small cluster pieces. About 1990, Don learned mosaic inlay from his mother-in-law, Lorretta Quam Eriacho.

He has become an absolute master at mosaic and channel inlay, and has incorporated his trademark sunface "spinner" design in bracelets, rings, bolos and pendants.

Don's work is published in many books on Zuni jewelry
